After the 2nd taster, British Gymnastics Insurance must be set up.

All of our members must have valid BG Insurance in order to take part in coach led sessions.

Annual membership is paid directly to British Gymnastics and must be set up and renewed via their website.

Due to GDPR, the club cannot assist with this.

Please note that BG insurance and club membership are not the same.

  • I wish to cancel. What do I do?

If you no longer wish to continue, we require written one months notification via email. One months notice is required to cancel your Direct Debit. Please note that as fees are paid pro rata, there are some months where your fees are paid in arrears and not in advance. Therefore one month notice is required for us to work out your end date and to cancel your Direct Debit. If you have an end date in mind, please make the admin staff aware of this in the email. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit yourself but let the office close your account for you. You will not of course, be charged additional fees.
