Grab a coffee, watch the kiddies play, have a nibble and a chat and recharge those parent batteries!

Parent and Toddler Play
0-4 years
An open session for both parent and babies/toddlers to explore the range of gymnastics equipment encouraging early movement, balance skills, confidence building and learning through play.
- Free time to explore and play or join a coach led station to learn a new skill
- A different theme every week!
- Explore the soft shape obstacle course
- Music, songs, sensory and games
- Join story time during snack time!
- Toddler lunch boxes available in the cafe.
Kiddie & Me sessions replace Parent and Toddler sessions

Kiddie Gymnastics
2.5-4 years
A 45 minute parent and child class led by experienced coaches with 15 minutes of free play at the end!
Sessions are focussed around core skills, early gymnastics skills, rebound and trampolining as well as confidence building, action, balance and co-ordination. Adaptions are made for all abilities.
Each block will be based around a different theme and children will work towards certificates and badges.

Pre-school Gymnastics
3-4 years

Explore Gymnastics
4 -6 years (in full time education)
These classes focus on the early development of gymnastics and fundamental skills and we celebrate achievements no matter how big or small. This class is a stepping stone between pre-school gymnastics and general gymnastics with focus on all recreational gymnastics skills in a fun way to encourage learning and confidence building.
Suitable for both boys and girls.
