I've been offered a space. What do I do now?
Registration formOnce you have been offered a space in a class, you must fill in a registration form in order to participate in classes.
During the registration process, payment for your two taster sessions is made.
Please do not fill in a registration form unless a space has been offered to you.
I've had my taster sessions and want to carry on. What do I do now?
1. SET UP YOUR DIRECT DEBIT
All of our after school sessions are billed via monthly Direct Debit.
Prices for classes start at £42 per month (which include VAT).
Fees are spread over 12 months.
Once your Direct Debit has been set up, the Admin staff will add you onto a subscription template (1 hour, 1.5 hour, 6 hours etc)
They will also set up a one off payment which consists for two parts: a top up to the end of the current month and ZGA annual club membership of £25 (£10 if started after March) Club membership is paid every September.
2. BRITISH GYMNASTICS INSURANCE
After the 2nd taster, British Gymnastics Insurance must be set up.
All of our members must have valid BG Insurance in order to take part in coach led sessions.
Annual membership is paid directly to British Gymnastics and must be set up and renewed via their website.
Due to GDPR, the club cannot assist with this.
Please note that BG insurance and club membership are not the same.
3. GET ONTO COACHA
Use your email and the password that you set up on your registration form. This will allow you to login in, join additional classes, book into holiday sessions and view our club documents.
I wish to cancel. What do I do?
Hand your notice in hereIf you no longer wish to continue, we require a 4 week written notification via email (4 classes from date of the email sent).
Please note that as fees are paid pro rata, there are some months where your fees are paid in arrears and not in advance. Therefore one month notice is required for us to work out your end date and to cancel your Direct Debit. If you have an end date in mind, please make the admin staff aware of this in the email. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit yourself but let the office close your account for you. The admin staff will email you will a break down of your fees: payments that you have made and any fees owed.
