Offered in 1 hour sessions only and focusess on core strength, flexibility, core gymnastics skills and rebound/tumbling skills. Children work towards British Gymnastics proficiency badges every term.

Advanced class focussing on advanced gym skills and tumbling with fitness, flexibility and strength rotations needed for the tumbling skills.

TeenClub gives teenage gymnasts an active role in the ownership of their gymnastics activities. It encourages gymnasts to work with a coach to plan their own sessions and decide on what they would like to do and achieve.
Monday (12 years+) 6:15 - 7:30
Once booked into a session, we offer the first two weeks as pay-as-you-go taster sessions.
After the second week, we bill monthly by Direct Debit (payments spread over 12 months)
As we are affliated to British Gymnastics, annual insurance and membership is due after the second week and must be set up before the third week
4-6 years in full time education
These classes focus on the early development of gymnastics and fundamental skills. This class is a stepping stone class between pre-school gymnastics and recreational gymnastics. These classes are suitable for both boys and girls.
